Pixel Advertising Will Help Man Tear Down Mom's House!
It has been several weeks since I first heard about Alex Tew's ingenius idea of pixel advertising. Right off the bat, I would like to say that I am creating this spinoff of Alex's idea to help my mother! You're probably thinking...so what! What's YOUR angle? Let me tell you!
I am thirty three years old. All of my childhood, I grew up on welfare. My family was very poor. My mom was divorced and had four boys. We live in a mobile home trailer. In 1985, the day after Christmas, our mobile home trailer burned to the ground due to a faulty furnace. We were fortunate to have our lives. We had to move into a motel temporarily; later we were able to buy another used mobile home trailer that my mom put on the original lot.
My mom is a woman who would give you the shirt off her back, even though she is poor. She has spent a good amount of time during her life helping other people. Now I would like to help her the only way I know how. Her trailer is now thirty years old and very run down. It has all kinds of problems and she is too old and broke to do anything with it. She keeps living on this lot, because of a promise she made to my great grandmother is no longer with us.
Her grandmother gave her that lot and asked her to always keep it in the family. She was proud that as poor as she was, she was able to own something and pass it on. My whole childhood, I was teased by kids and called "welfare bum" and "trailer trash" and all kinds of mean things. I hated the fact that I grew up in a trailer. My mom did the best she could with what she had. She is on social security and only gets $800 a month -- barely enough to live on. She still takes care of my younger brother who still lives with her.
I hate her trailer so much that my game plan HERE on BannerCanvas.com is to sell enough pixel advertising to buy her a new house and have it built on that property. That's right, as a gift to my mom, for raising me! She did the best she could and raised me right. I respect that. We never had a dad, and we never had much money, but she made sure we did not go hungry and we had a warm place to sleep.
My plan is that if I sell enough advertising, I would like to auction off the last spot on E-Bay and fly the winner to my home town of Morenci, Michigan to be the person who gets to operate the backhoe that tears down her trailer.
I would cry tears of joy! My mom always jokes about her hopes of winning the lottery. I am more of a realest and do not believe that will happen. I believe hard work and perserverance will pay off.
That is why I urge you to buy space on www.bannercanvas.com. I am going to have this website ranked professionally on major search engines to provide you with valuable online advertising. I will keep this website up for at least 10 years, and you only have to buy your pixels once.
Believe me, it will not matter if you buy a lot of pixels or a small amount of pixels. I will be grateful to each and everyone of you for making an old dream come true. I also believe that if this idea works, I owe it all to an English gentlemen named Alex Tew. If this happens, I would like to meet Alex and shake his hand. I would also send a letter to the Mother Queen of England requesting that she Knight Alex Tew for of his inspiration to all of us fellow pixel advertisers.
Thanks for reading.
